Server
The relay address is what clients dial, and it is written into every
configuration handed out, so it must be reachable from the attacking
machine. The panel and the relay share one port.
Add node
An attacker reaches targets. A target forwards traffic into the subnets it
advertises. Sharing is never implicit: a target lists the attackers allowed
to reach it.
